Your project will be available on our demo site so that you can watch the development process as it occurs. You will be able to monitor progress and make suggestions throughout the development cycle.

We will modify the Visual Inventory software to suit your exact requirements.

NOTE: Modification of the software (no matter how trivial) will void the 90 warranty and all other stated or implied software guarantees. Custom logos, branding, or colors are considered modifications because they require that the software be maintained separately from the production version. Before considering ANY change, please contact us to determine the effect this will have on your guarantee.

Project Scope Document

This process usually follows these basic steps:

1. We will determine the exact details of your required modifications.
2. We will write a "Project Scope" document that specifies exactly what we are going to do for you, how much it will cost and when it will be completed.
3. When you approve the Project Scope. we will develop a "prototype" application. Although the prototype will not have all of the required functionality, it will have the completed user interface. The prototype serves as a template for the final version.
4. When you approve the prototype application, we will proceed with the final version will include all required functionality as detailed in the Project Scope.

Payment of fees

• We will require pre-payment for development of the Project Scope document. The amount of this fee will depend upon the complexity of the project and is not part of the project development fee.
• Once the project scope is approved, we will require 50% of the project fee. The exact amount of the project fee will be detailed in the scope document.
• Upon approval of the prototype, the balance of the project fee will be required.

Normally, software development is quoted by the project rather than by the hour. Generally, it is very difficult to precisely determine the amount of time required to complete a project. Nevertheless, when it is possible to quote development based on the amount of time required, these rates apply:
