We know that our users are the best source of information about the performance of the software. We want to encourage you to talk to us about problems or suggestions for enhancements. Support is available 24 hours a day/7 days a week/365 days a year
No Maintenance fees of any kind.
Aside from hosting fees (if you choose to host your system on our servers), there are no annual maintenance fees of any kind.
Each user must be assigned to one of three "roles":
- Administrators create and maintain Owner accounts. Administrators have read-only access to all inventory data. At least one Admin account is required.
- Owners create their own inventory and other data. Owners have unrestricted access to their data but not data belonging to other Owners. At least one Owner account is required.
- Clients are sub-accounts of Owners. Clients can access their Owner's data but not data that belongs to other Owners. Client access is controlled by setting permissions for the Client. Client accounts are not required.
User accounts cannot be shared. Each user must have a unique login account.

- Since this software is guaranteed for 90 days, we offer free hosting on our servers for the first 90 days following purchase. This will give you an opportunity to use your software in a real-world environment with minimum expense and inconvenience.
- You may continue to host on our servers after the free 90 day period for a fee (see above).
- All versions can he hosted on your own network or web server at any time. You can deploy the application to your server immediately after purchase or you can move the application from our servers to yours at anytime with no loss of data. Since there is nothing to install, deploying the application to your server is a simple process.
- Hosting fees are NOT refundable. All hosting terms are six (6) months payable in advance. You are not obligated to continue your hosting agreement, however, if you cancel, fees paid for the current 6 month term are not refundable.
