The purpose of this letter is to tell you how pleased we are with the work Visual Online did for us. As the manager of our Media Control Center – I was tasked with finding a better, more modern way of doing data management. We decided to implement a soft-copy library to give our developers better, around the clock access to the software.

We chose Visual Online not only for cost reasons, but because of your flexibility and willingness to give us a program that works the way we want it to. I was quite impressed by your ability respond to requests so quickly – and your flexibility in understanding our somewhat changing needs. I also appreciated your acceptance of the multiple communication lines needed to interact with all the different players involved in this project. What was most appreciated and pleasantly unexpected was your willingness to do some work on your own time so that we could meet budget needs and still have all the functionality we needed.

To date, we are very pleased with the product we have. We know that when it is implemented into our operations environment – it will be a great benefit to this program. We also know that many other programs will be able to leverage the work you have done. And we will be more then happy to refer them to you if they need any other customizations or changes.
