We will provide ninety (90) days of free hosting following your purchase of the Visual Inventory software.
Hosting fees are NOT refundable. All hosting terms are six (6) months payable in advance. You are not obligated to continue your hosting agreement, however, if you cancel, fees paid for the current 6 month term are NOT refundable.
- Your investment is risk free: We maintain a copy of the current source code in escrow. If anything should happen to our company, you will receive a free copy of the source code with proof of purchase.
- Support is risk free: Technical support for this software is FREE for the life of the software! Updates are also free when downloaded from our support web site. Please refer to our Technical Support Policy for details.
Note: Upgrades from one major version to a newer version is fee-based and is usually about 60% of the price of the current version.
Exceptions
- Modification of the software (no matter how trivial) will void the 90 warranty and all other stated or implied software guarantees. A "modification" is defined as any change that requires a variation in the standard production version source code. Custom logos, branding, or colors are considered modifications because they require that the software be maintained separately from the production version. Before considering ANY change, please contact us to determine the effect this will have on your guarantee.
- Downloading the application files will void the 90 warranty and all other stated or implied software guarantees and warrantees. Because this software depends upon SQL Server and IIS configuration settings, we can offer this guarantee only when your application is hosted on our servers.
- Downloading the source code files will void the 90 warranty and all other stated or implied software guarantees.
